My name is Sara  and I am a certified Yoga Teacher from beautiful Toronto, Ontario.
I’ve created this blog to help myself and others relax our minds and love our bodies in the midst of our crazy beautiful and often times chaotic and stressful city lives. My goal is to offer a library of stressfree, mindful and healthy living tips that aren’t too far fetched for the average person.
Yoga has allowed me to do all of these things not just through my physical asana practice but also by allowing myself to calm my mind and think about my overall purpose in life. But I haven’t always been into this type of lifestyle, you can find out more about my journey here. I hope that these same teachings can connect you to yours.
